West Des Moines Basement Closet Addition

Just completed a closet addition. Happened in West Des Moines, Iowa. House is a mid 80s house with most of the basement having been finished in the 90s. However in this room there wasn't much for storage. Homeowner had us come in and use a corner to create a large closet, and shelves on the side.

The neat part of the job was after we started their daughter saw something online that was a hidden room. So we added that to the project.

We closed off a closet in the other room, that was being used as an office, then cut through from the new closet into the other side. We kept everything very simple and to allow the owner to fill it with their own storage solutions to save money.
